Recruiter

Grüns is a forward-thinking nutrition company creating whole-food gummy products and operating in a high-trust, fully remote environment. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to run full-cycle recruiting and help the company scale by attracting and closing top-tier talent. This role reports to the Sr. Recruiter and represents Grüns’ mission and culture throughout the candidate journey.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for designated roles across various functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and candidate profiles
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Maintain a high-touch, transparent candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Represent Grüns in the talent market by communicating mission, culture, and growth trajectory
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline health and time-to-fill) to optimize efforts
• Ensure data integrity and process rigor within the Greenhouse ATS
• Support onboarding and cross-functional people initiatives as needed
• Stay current on recruiting best practices and continuously improve recruiting strategies

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred: ecommerce or high-growth environments)
• Proven ability to source and close top-tier talent across multiple functions
• Strong judgment in assessing candidate fit while protecting hiring standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferred: Greenhouse)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive approach to talent acquisition and relationship building

• Fully remote role with quarterly in-person team off-sites
• Competitive base salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
