Summary
Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive and immersive experiential brand bringing playful, creativity-driven guest experiences to life online and in-person. The Experience Manager leads the museum floor teams to deliver memorable guest moments while ensuring smooth daily operations and brand standards.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily guest experience on the museum floor and ensure interactions reflect the MOIC brand
- Assign and manage Show Ambassador station placements; maintain floor deployment board and coverage adjustments
- Create and manage break schedules to ensure compliant breaks while maintaining operational coverage
- Maintain a high-energy environment and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Document coaching, maintain performance tracking logs, and manage attendance control logs
- Support new hire auditions, onboarding, and training; host daily pre-shift meetings
- Oversee completion of opening and closing checklists
- Monitor guest flow and support crowd management; assist with guest issue resolution and incident reporting
- Support coordination of birthday parties, private events, and special activations
- Assist with Food & Beverage and Retail inventory operations, including stock monitoring, par levels, rotation, counts, restocking, and ordering coordination
- Ensure storage and back-of-house areas are organized and compliant with sanitation and food safety standards
- Support compliance with SOPs, uniform/radio standards, safety protocols, and SNHD regulations
Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, attractions, experiential venues, entertainment, or guest-focused environments
- Strong passion for guest experience and hospitality leadership
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain: TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness), Nevada Health Card, Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Card, ServSafe Certification, SNHD Card for Food & Beverage Managers
- Willing to obtain a Wedding Officiant License if required (paid by the company)
Conditions
- Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Salary range: $60,000–$69,500 USD annually (dependent on experience) plus annual bonus and stock options
