Product Manager

Keyo is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for a 6-month contract role to coordinate product development across multiple departments. This person will translate strategy into clear product requirements, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure team alignment in a fast-moving startup environment working across engineering, hardware, AI/ML, partnerships, and operations.

• Translate company strategy into clear product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps
• Own product planning and execution for key initiatives across software, hardware, and platform integrations
• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), feature specs, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize backlog and guide sprint execution
• Collaborate with multiple departments including engineering, AI/biometrics, hardware, partnerships, operations, and sales
• Help prepare product capabilities for pilot deployments and partner integrations
• Coordinate feedback loops between field pilots and product development
• Maintain clear documentation across product initiatives and communicate progress to leadership

Required:

• 4-8+ years experience in product management or technical product roles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware, and operations
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured product requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments

Preferred:

• Experience in biometrics or identity systems
• Experience in biotech or payments infrastructure
• Experience with hardware + software integrated products
• Experience with developer platforms or APIs
• Ukrainian language proficiency
