Project Executive – Education/K-12

JL Partners is seeking a Project Executive – Education (K-12) to lead and expand its K-12 construction platform in the Dallas market. This executive role focuses on delivering complex education projects while building trusted relationships with school districts, municipalities, and community stakeholders.

• Lead large-scale K-12 and education construction programs
• Drive client relationships with school districts and public entities
• Build and scale high-performing project teams
• Oversee operations, financial performance, and delivery excellence
• Act as the market leader for education construction in North Texas

• Proven senior leader with experience delivering complex K-12/education construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with school districts, municipalities, and community stakeholders
• Strong capability in leading teams and scaling project organizations
• Experience overseeing operations and financial performance for construction programs

• Location: Dallas, Texas (North Texas market focus)

• Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 base plus bonus
