Senior Full Stack Engineer (blockchain experience)

IdeaSoft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with blockchain expertise to join their development team. The role involves designing and implementing a high-security, multi-platform cryptocurrency wallet with seamless synchronization across web and mobile platforms. You will work on modernizing the wallet's UI, design system, and introducing new features powered by SaaS services.

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript following clean code principles
• Collaborate with the team to define project requirements and architecture for blockchain-based applications
• Integrate blockchain functionality into new and existing systems and applications
• Perform code reviews and ensure the quality and security of developed software
• Develop and maintain tests for components using frameworks such as Mocha
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
• Optimize code performance and address blocking and concurrency issues in event-driven systems
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for Node.js and blockchain components

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a full-stack engineer with NodeJS (NestJS)
• 2+ years of commercial experience with ReactJS
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript with focus on writing clean, maintainable code
• Strong understanding of the event loop in Node.js and its implications on performance and scalability
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming concepts, including Promises and async/await
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and decentralized systems
• Experience with viem, ethers.js or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL databases and SQL query languages
• Familiarity with database design and optimization principles
• Experience with GraphQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Plus: Experience with Key-Value storages, Docker, and cloud infrastructure platforms
