Senior UX Designer

BrainRocket is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric designs for their Warsaw office. The role focuses on enhancing player experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the dynamic gambling industry.

• Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance player experience and comply with regulatory standards
• Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions
• Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly
• Collaborate on UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements
• Design visually appealing interfaces following the design system
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure successful implementation of designs

• 5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in gambling industry
• Background working in product companies with deep understanding of product development cycles
• Advanced skills in Figma and design systems
• Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights
• Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex design challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and innovation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (plus)
