Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Constructor.io is a remote-first company that powers product search and discovery for large retailers. The Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer) supports hiring across technical and GTM roles by running a smooth, efficient recruitment process. The role focuses on end-to-end virtual onsite scheduling while maintaining excellent candidate experience and operational accuracy.

• Manage complex virtual onsite interview scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones.

• Communicate with candidates throughout scheduling, including confirmations, updates, and rescheduling.

• Proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters.

• Keep interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes up to date in the ATS.

• Follow up on pending actions and surface blockers (e.g., missing feedback, calendar conflicts).

• Align with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume to prevent bottlenecks.

• Support broader recruitment efforts over time, including sourcing and additional talent support.

• Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing (in-house or agency).

• Ability to manage calendars and stakeholders across time zones.

• Clear, professional written communication skills.

• Comfortable using ATS tools and Slack.

• Highly organized and able to operate effectively in fast-moving environments.

• Availability to work US East Coast hours to cover EMEA and West Coast core hours.
