Chief Operating Officer

Bitexen Türkiye is hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic execution to meet business objectives efficiently. The role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and sustainable growth within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and implement medium- and long-term strategy.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and lead cross-department strategic projects.

• Monitor KPIs to ensure business goals are achieved on schedule.

• Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and resource utilization.

• Oversee daily operations across finance, customer service, product delivery, and technology operations.

• Ensure smooth coordination among business units for seamless organizational performance.

• Build and maintain a high-performance culture; guide, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.

• Drive talent development and training programs; nurture future leaders.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, the board, and external stakeholders.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, strategic negotiations, and key client meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of corporate management experience, including at least 5 years in executive-level roles (COO or equivalent).

• Preferred background in fintech, cryptocurrency, or related technology industries.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic execution.

• Strong organizational, project management, and rapid decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and continuously improve processes and business models.
