HR Business Partner (Product & Creative)

Summary

The HR Business Partner (Product & Creative) will serve as the dedicated People partner to Product and Creative leaders, helping teams stay aligned, high-performing, and able to deliver on an ambitious product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Product and Creative leadership to refine role clarity, responsibilities, and collaboration within the “Triangle of Execution” to reduce friction and increase delivery speed.
  • Coach and advise managers and Directors on performance management, career development, and team dynamics in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Lead and drive execution of the performance culture, including the semi-annual review process and ensuring recognition and rewards for high performers.
  • Support workforce planning by helping leaders design team structures and forecast headcount needs aligned to business goals.
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues and organizational bottlenecks within Product and Creative.
  • Act as the People/HR subject matter resource for assigned functions, translating People Team priorities into actionable departmental goals.
  • Influence diverse stakeholders (e.g., Product Managers and Designers) to adopt best practices in talent management and organizational health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other HRBPs and Recruiting to deliver a seamless end-to-end talent experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting fast-paced tech or creative organizations.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve diverse and complex problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles and practices including compensation, performance, employment law, and organizational design, and their application to Product and Creative teams.

  • Communication: Strong persuasion skills and ability to adapt communication style to different functional stakeholders.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
