Pre sales manager

We are seeking a Presale Qualification Manager responsible for initial lead processing and preparation. The role focuses on high-quality lead qualification and handover to the sales team, without closing deals.

• Initial communication with leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Conducting short video meetings with prospects
• Identifying client needs and qualifying prospects
• Transferring prepared leads to the sales team
• Working in Zoho CRM
• Maintaining CRM hygiene with timely data entry, status updates, and documented communication

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or international environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools
• Nice to have: University degree, experience in international companies
