The Talent Attraction Partner partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive outbound and referral efforts, identifying and engaging top engineering talent to support business hiring goals.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles, with a key focus on software engineering.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent through outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
- Attend intake meetings to understand each role’s requirements and hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment and provide calibrated recommendations to hiring managers.
- Create market maps and talent intelligence reports, including total addressable market (TAM) insights, to inform and prioritize sourcing efforts.
- Run A/B tests on outreach approaches and iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.
- Balance speed and precision by sourcing at scale while maintaining personalization and quality of engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
2+ years of sourcing experience, focused on high-volume outbound support for engineering roles.
Ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
Proficiency with G Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools such as Gem and SeekOut.
Fluency in Boolean logic and experience with CRM re-engagement searches.
Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting sourcing strategies as needs evolve.
Nice to have: data-driven approach to candidate engagement.
Conditions
Salary range: $119,000–$161,000 USD annually (multi-level range across US locations); additional equity compensation and benefits offered.
