Procurement Operations Specialist, AMS

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist, AMS to support end-to-end procurement processes and ensure compliant, efficient purchasing of goods and services. This role focuses on Purchase-to-Pay execution, stakeholder support, supplier performance, and regional metrics reporting to improve procurement effectiveness.

• Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders within assigned categories, aligned with tactical sourcing strategies.
• Execute procurement business processes with a primary focus on P2P (purchase-to-pay), including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and invoice/payment processing.
• Support service center leadership with process improvement initiatives to increase procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with suppliers to improve performance against procurement performance metrics.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues and implement immediate-scope process improvements.
• Manage regional metrics, perform data analysis, and produce summarized reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of indirect buyer experience supporting the marketing category.
• Solid understanding of procurement fundamentals, procure-to-pay end-to-end processes, and related systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience developing/streamlining procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Preferred: Ability to manage procurement performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

• Compensation transparency: base salary range $70,304–$97,600 annually (selected city); role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
