Project Manager

WhiteTech is a fintech solutions company offering white-label and SaaS platforms for financial ecosystem businesses. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of product lifecycle, from MVP stage through full product release, including team building, roadmap development, and operational execution.

• Build and scale product teams by hiring developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and specialists
• Create effective collaboration processes and foster strong team culture
• Drive product development from MVP to full-scale release
• Define and maintain product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout development
• Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions
• Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables
• Plan, prioritize, and track milestones using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Maintain clear project documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with leadership on product strategy alignment
• Lead sprint reviews, retrospectives, and regular stakeholder meetings
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance
• Gather post-launch feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize product

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in tech-driven companies
• Proven experience building and leading teams
• Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
• Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Industry expertise in SaaS
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Nice to Have: Experience managing distributed or remote teams, technical background or software development experience, PMI/PMP/Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications
