Apple is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support hiring across the Software & Services Technologies organization. The role focuses on full-cycle technical recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience while bringing top talent into Apple.
What you'll do
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role profiles, and team dynamics.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates in niche and hard-to-fill areas.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting, guiding hiring managers and candidates through Apple’s selection process.
Consult on hiring processes and HR-related topics such as compliance, compensation, and leveling guidelines.
Discuss potential offers, construct offers, and successfully close candidates.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sourcing, Recruiting Systems, HR Business Partners, and operations teams.
Provide timely customer service to hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
Full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven ability to use innovative research and sourcing methods for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with diverse teams and levels of professionals.
Exceptional closing skills and offer construction capability.
Strong attention to detail and meticulous organization skills.
Conditions
Contract role for 12 months.
Base pay range stated as $137,900 to $263,100 annually (actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
Potential eligibility for Apple stock programs (RSUs and Employee Stock Purchase Plan), subject to program terms and eligibility.
