Director, Human Resources

Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Director, Human Resources role in the United States. This position leads and elevates all HR functions to strengthen culture, performance, compliance, and the overall employee experience across a growing, remote-friendly organization.

• Lead core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance in partnership with legal teams.
• Coach leaders on performance management to improve productivity, morale, and retention.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership training and development programs.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
• Strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, career development, and remote workforce programs.
• Supervise HR team performance, resource planning, and workload management.
• Drive workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and hiring effectiveness in collaboration with leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience as a senior HR leader with broad exposure to employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory standards, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and analytical; able to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and managing HR operations in work-from-home settings.
