Vice President Operations

Säntimentel partners with trusted farmers to deliver high-quality farm-fresh products directly to consumers, with many offerings being organic. The Vice President of Operations is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end operations and supply chain performance. The role exists to drive efficiency, quality, customer experience, and organizational growth.

• Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality throughout the supply chain
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
• Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead, support, and develop teams to deliver operational excellence
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and high customer satisfaction
• Drive project management efforts and spearhead initiatives that support organizational growth

• Proven expertise in operations management and P&L management
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
• Experience optimizing customer service and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the food supply chain, agriculture, or organic products sector is an advantage
