Middle Full Stack Developer for Marketing Websites

Productive Shop is seeking a Middle Full Stack Developer to join their Web Services team, focusing on building and maintaining high-performance marketing and growth-oriented websites. This role bridges design, marketing, and technology to deliver exceptional, lead-generating digital experiences with a critical focus on Core Web Vitals and site speed optimization.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust marketing websites and landing pages across WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot platforms
• Lead performance optimization efforts ensuring sites meet or exceed Core Web Vitals standards (LCP, FID/INP, and CLS)
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for front-end and back-end logic
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate UI/UX designs into fully functional web experiences
• Implement and maintain third-party integrations, APIs, and tracking codes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments
• Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation to maintain code quality

• WordPress: 4+ years professional experience developing custom themes, plugins, and complex implementations
• CMS Expertise: 2+ years hands-on experience with Webflow or HubSpot CMS
• Front-End: Solid command of HTML5/CSS3 including responsive design and modern CSS techniques
• JavaScript: Strong working knowledge of ES6+
• Back-End: Experience with PHP and Node.js
• Database: Good knowledge of MySQL optimization and queries
• Performance Optimization: Proven experience with Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights optimization
• Desirable: HubSpot CMS advanced knowledge, Next.js experience, headless CMS solutions, technical SEO, marketing tool integration (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot)
