Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for large retailers, operating at massive scale and focused on metrics-driven machine learning outcomes. The Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer) supports technical and GTM hiring by owning virtual onsite scheduling and maintaining a smooth, candidate-friendly recruiting process. This role is remote-first and works closely with recruiters, stakeholders, and candidates to keep hiring moving efficiently.

• Manage end-to-end virtual onsite interview scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones.

• Communicate with candidates throughout scheduling (confirmations, updates, rescheduling) with clear, timely coordination.

• Proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters to prevent bottlenecks.

• Maintain accurate interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes in the ATS.

• Follow up on pending actions and surface blockers (e.g., missing feedback, calendar conflicts).

• Stay aligned with recruiters on priorities and expected interview volume to support planning.

• Support broader recruitment efforts over time, including sourcing and additional recruiting support.

• Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing (in-house or agency).

• Ability to manage calendars and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

• Strong written communication skills; professional, clear, and candidate-focused.

• Comfortable using ATS tools and Slack.

• Highly organized and effective in fast-moving environments; proactive ownership and issue-spotting.

• Availability to work US East Coast hours to cover EMEA and West Coast core hours.
