Talent Acquisition Specialist

Rock&Apps is a fast-growing company seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process and build meaningful connections with candidates. The role involves driving sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and shaping first impressions of the company while ensuring exceptional talent joins the team.

• Fully manage the hiring process from initial contact to final candidate selection and offer presentation
• Develop sourcing strategies for roles of different levels and directions
• Conduct interviews including intro calls, video interviews, and competency-based assessments
• Collaborate with hiring team to ensure transparency and clarity in the recruitment process
• Create excellent candidate experience through high-quality communication
• Track recruitment metrics and implement data-driven changes
• Stay updated with market trends and introduce initiatives
• Work closely with HR team on recruitment-related activities

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a product company
• Experience closing performance marketing positions
• Ability to provide clear and high-quality feedback after interviews
• Strong proactive sourcing skills for challenging positions
• Understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Belarusian language
