Human Resources Business Partner

CareerXperts Consulting is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to business leaders. The role shapes people strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance while building a positive, inclusive culture.

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Provide guidance on talent management, performance, and employee development
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive culture
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy and fairness
• Facilitate training, coaching, and leadership development programs
• Advise on compliance, policies, and best practices across regions

• 5–9 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnering
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies
• Experience in remote collaboration and virtual team management
• Knowledge of HR tools and systems
