Senior DevOps Engineer

Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building and scaling R&D teams for high-growth product companies. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own production cloud infrastructure at Gett, a corporate Ground Transportation Management platform serving Fortune 500 companies, balancing hands-on engineering with strategic influence on system reliability and scalability.

• Own and maintain production infrastructure on AWS, ensuring stability, scalability, and security
• Lead infrastructure initiatives including multi-cloud migrations, architecture redesigns, and disaster recovery planning
• Design, implement, and modernize CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and developer velocity
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and automation tooling for cloud services
• Collaborate with AWS architects, FinOps advisors, and product teams to align infrastructure with business objectives
• Define and enforce best practices for cost efficiency, including forecasting, attribution, and optimization
• Participate in on-call rotation to address incidents and support disaster recovery
• Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and implement automation solutions

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in AWS (Azure or GCP) services, best practices, and common pitfalls
• Proven track record driving complex infrastructure projects: cloud migrations, cost optimization, architecture redesign
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production
• Strong Python scripting skills for automation and infrastructure tooling
• Experience designing, implementing, and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Nice to have: Go programming language, Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi), FinOps best practices, disaster recovery strategy experience
