Summary
Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Regional Recruiter to advance the restaurant talent strategy by leading end-to-end sourcing for Restaurant Manager roles within an assigned region.
The role partners with regional leadership to screen candidates, facilitate interviews, analyze hiring trends, and implement recruiting improvements while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
What you'll do
Source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles to meet regional talent needs.
Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership roles, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and compliant candidate experience.
Analyze regional hiring trends through regular reporting and partner with senior field leadership to support recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities.
Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in partnership with senior field and restaurant leadership.
Coach leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
Act as a brand and employee advocate to strengthen hiring effectiveness and team quality.
Partner with HRBPs, support functions, and Centers of Excellence to deliver market-specific recruiting strategies.
Support rollout and execution of recruiting initiatives and processes within the region.
Participate in critical talent discussions to support business understanding and succession planning.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of recruiting experience or related experience; multi-unit restaurant or retail experience strongly preferred.
Proven interviewing experience and ability to identify leadership talent and support candidate selection best practices.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
Results-oriented with ability to manage short- and long-term recruiting priorities using sound judgment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
Ability to support change initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
Conditions
Base pay range: $56,000–$77,000 annually; eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors.
