Merchandising Coordinator - Women's Apparel

Reformation is a sustainable fashion brand with a global retail footprint and an owned sustainable factory in Los Angeles. The Merchandising Coordinator (Women’s Apparel) supports the merchandising strategy by ensuring accurate purchase order management, inventory tracking, and sales reporting across the product lifecycle.

• Generate and maintain accurate purchase orders from inception to delivery, ensuring systems reflect real-time updates.
• Manage departmental calendars and internal tracking tools to keep merchandising information organized and current.
• Partner with Production and Supply Chain to monitor receipt flow and outstanding orders, prioritizing to support on-time delivery.
• Create and distribute weekly selling decks and seasonal hindsight presentations to support data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Conduct regular audits of product attributes to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• Serve as a liaison across internal teams to maintain clear information flow and brand cohesiveness.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and project support to the manager and wider team as business needs evolve.
