Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a software engineering team to achieve exceptional results while fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation. • Manage and support a team of software engineers
• Oversee day-to-day agile executions, planning, process improvements, reporting and reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and meet deadlines
• Participate in release planning, sprint planning, and conflict resolution
• Work with product management to define requirements and perform grooming and reviews
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Provide team guidance, regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Manage performance and conduct regular performance reviews
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Help teams solve technical challenges related to performance, fault-tolerance, security and scalability
• Work closely with the CTO and report directly to leadership

• Strong motivator, leader, and team player with proven record of leading and mentoring employees
• Proven practical experience in engineering management
• Background in Engineering or Team Lead role
• Experience guiding teams through planning, prioritization, and execution
• Experience managing a development team
• Experience in Image Processing or Video Processing
• Machine Learning and Data Analytics skills (preferred)
