Technical Project/Engineering Manager

GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Project/Engineering Manager to join a growing medical devices account specializing in robotic surgery solutions. The role involves managing multiple projects in parallel while leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare products that enhance patient care and practice efficiency.

• Coordinate teamwork and handle communication with the team, client, and subteams
• Train and coach on Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospective meetings
• Manage people and process new business opportunities
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address technical challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in up/pre-sales activities

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• 4+ years of Embedded Development experience
• Management of 2 or more projects in parallel
• Experience introducing and driving Agile development processes (Scrum and Scaled Scrum)
• Continuous improvement attitude and change driver mindset
• Ability to work in multinational and geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal and external audiences
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Nice to have: Medical/Healthcare project experience and Scrum certifications
