Senior FP&A Manager

Superside is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to own forecasting and strategic financial modeling across the Go-To-Market organization. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to shape revenue strategy and validate growth assumptions.

• Own forecasting and strategic financial modeling for the Go-To-Market organization
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to shape revenue strategy
• Validate growth assumptions and ensure plans reflect business reality
• Connect insights across pipeline, hiring, incentives, and retention to provide financial direction

• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
• Experience with FP&A or similar financial planning roles
• Knowledge of Go-To-Market strategy and revenue operations
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
