AI Automation Specialist / OpenClaw Developer

Bxnda is a group of 30+ companies across travel, fintech, mobile apps, and AI products operating globally. This AI Automation Specialist role involves building and maintaining self-running AI agent systems that automate manual processes like content creation, ad management, and data monitoring. You'll design workflows, connect agents to external tools, and ensure automations keep working efficiently.

• Build and maintain AI agent automations in OpenClaw for marketing, content generation, product development, and operations
• Design workflows: determine triggers, select appropriate AI models, and handle errors and edge cases
• Connect agents to external tools including browsers, chatbots, Google Ads, social media, email systems, APIs, and Codex
• Monitor automations: fix issues, optimize performance, and scale successful systems
• Create approval flows for human review of AI output before deployment
• Document systems for maintainability and knowledge sharing
• Build, test, deploy, monitor, and improve automations in iterative cycles

Must have:

• At least a few months of hands-on experience building automations with AI
• Understanding of how AI models work (Claude, GPT, Gemini) including strengths, limits, pricing, and context windows
• Experience building automations with any platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, OpenClaw)
• Systems thinking ability to break complex processes into steps and build reliable pipelines
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Attention to detail for handling edge cases

• Experience with OpenClaw/Moltbot or similar AI agent platforms
• Experience with prompt engineering and multi-step AI workflows
