Junior Recruiter
Summary
Bisnow is a leading B2B media platform serving the commercial real estate industry through news, events, marketing solutions, recruiting services, and sales enablement tools. The Junior Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting while partnering with executive leaders to source talent and connect candidates with career opportunities. This hybrid NYC-based role supports Bisnow’s growth and People Ops initiatives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified candidates using recruiting tools and platforms.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
- Present and communicate offers to selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with key industry skill sets.
- Develop relationships with candidates and partner with internal leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Engage with companies and executives across the commercial real estate industry.
- Support culture, community, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives through People Ops projects.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance and onboarding support and ensure alignment with recruiting processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Psychology, or Business preferred).
0–2 years of direct recruiting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Team-player mindset with strong work ethic and “no task is too small” attitude.
Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas.
Creative thinker with analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
Genuine interest in the Commercial Real Estate industry (real estate experience is a bonus, not required).
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
Conditions
Hybrid role based out of the NYC office; in-office 3–4 days per week.
