Recruiting Coordinator

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company operating across digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new business initiatives. The Recruiting Coordinator supports hiring across teams by owning interview coordination, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics to keep the process efficient, thoughtful, and scalable.

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and complex schedules.
• Manage candidate communications from first interview through offer stage.
• Ensure candidates and interviewers have the correct information at the right time.
• Track candidate progress accurately in the ATS and recruiting tools.
• Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact and represent the company professionally throughout the process.
• Anticipate scheduling or process issues and proactively keep candidates informed.
• Partner with recruiters to keep searches moving; support interview loops, feedback collection, and decision timelines.
• Assist with offer logistics, background checks, and onboarding handoffs as needed.
• Identify and drive improvements to scheduling, tools, and recruiting processes to support scale.
• Support recruiting operations projects that improve speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Professional judgment and discretion with a high bar for candidate experience.
• Interest in recruiting, talent operations, and building teams in creative, high-growth environments.

• Location: New York, NY.
• Compensation: Total compensation (base + annual bonus) range $75,000–$93,000 plus equity.
