Graphic Designer

Synear Foods USA, a subsidiary of Synear Food Holdings, produces authentic and convenient frozen food products for North American consumers. The Graphic Designer role supports marketing and brand efforts by creating original visual concepts and producing high-quality design assets across digital and print channels.

• Collaborate with marketing, creative directors, and clients to interpret project needs and present completed design work
• Ensure all creative materials follow established brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Develop original visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Create design assets including logos, website graphics, social media posts, marketing collateral, and broader branding materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creative work
• Excellent communication skills to explain, discuss, and iterate on design concepts

• Pay: $30–$35 per hour (estimated monthly equivalent provided in salary field)
