Human Resources Generalist

Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR support for internal stakeholders. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, training, coaching/counseling, and partnering with managers to meet organizational HR needs.

• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts
• Contribute to a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, and improved employee experience
• Support delivery of key HR processes (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching)
• Drive HR process development and implementation, continuous improvement, best practices, and automation
• Support merger and acquisition employee integration activities
• Assist HR management with research and special projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR products and services

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience working in Human Resources
• 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ATS preferred
• Previous experience with HRIS
