Middle Node.js developer

TechMagic is seeking a Middle Node.js Developer to join a mature SaaS ad-tech platform. You will work on a data-intensive, high-load system serving hundreds of global clients, processing large volumes of data daily with ML and analytics capabilities.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Work with serverless architectures on AWS infrastructure
• Handle data-intensive operations and high-load system optimization
• Collaborate with 3 full-stack developers and 1 QA/Lead on the project team
• Communicate directly with global UK-based client on technical requirements
• Process and optimize large volumes of data daily for enterprise clients

Must have:

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CDK, AWS SDK)
• Experience with serverless architectures
• Strong experience with MongoDB
• Upper-Intermediate English for direct client communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL and analytical databases (Snowflake, AWS Athena)
• Experience working with high-load systems
• Experience with GCP, especially BigQuery
