Summary
Theory, a New York-based global fashion brand under Fast Retailing, is hiring an Associate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role leads full life-cycle recruiting for US retail store positions while supporting recruitment operations, candidate experience, and culture representation, with additional support for corporate recruitment.
What you'll do
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for all US store-level roles, including management positions.
- Source, screen, refer applicants, and coordinate/schedule interviews with store leadership.
- Post internal/external roles and maintain job requisitions in the ATS and on the website, ensuring effectiveness and EEO compliance.
- Support talent strategy and workforce planning with store leadership, HR business partners, and stakeholders.
- Educate and partner with store leadership on recruitment processes based on individual hiring needs.
- Champion diversity, culture, and a high-quality candidate experience throughout job content and interview cadence.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruiting and applicant records/files.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruiting KPIs and broader hiring strategy.
- Lead the corporate onsite interview experience by coordinating interviews, greeting candidates, and facilitating interview flow and handoffs.
- Support recruitment administration (offer letters, background checks, wage transparency review, and Workday onboarding as needed).
- Plan and lead recruitment events (onsite and in retail markets) to build brand awareness and talent pipelines.
- Create or support presentation materials for hiring events, internal trainings, and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (luxury fashion preferred).
- Retail recruitment experience required; outlet market experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Ability to work with creative/fashion client groups and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow/implement training programs, SOPs, and strategies.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Productivity-focused with strong problem-solving skills; adaptable to change.
- Workday HRIS experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google systems; strong Excel preferred.
- Ability to travel for recruitment events and in-field recruiting needs.

- Salary range provided: $75,000–$80,000 annually (actual offer varies by experience, education, skills, and location).
