Talent Acquisition Specialist

Performa HR Agency is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an international fintech company in the iGaming payments space. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle during a period of rapid growth across South and Southeast Asia.

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requirements gathering to offer stage
• Maintain and manage CRM system including job postings, candidate pipeline, and monthly hiring plans
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, and referrals
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers
• Prepare offers and support candidates through onboarding
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel performance)

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Solid understanding of modern sourcing channels
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse candidate profiles
• High level of self-organization and accountability

Schedule & Location: Fully remote, full-time position
