Delivery Manager for Radar systems

NDA Recruitment is seeking a Delivery Manager for Radar systems who acts as a full-cycle product integrator managing the complete product lifecycle from concept through mass production. This role requires coordinating between product teams, engineering teams, and production to ensure efficient and predictable delivery of complex technological products.

• Manage the full delivery cycle from requirements to finished product ready for scaling
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, embedded, and RF experts with smooth knowledge transfer
• Conduct regular cooperation with partners to align goals and outcomes
• Handle release management including planning, team synchronization, dependency control, demos, and retrospectives
• Establish and maintain risk and change management processes
• Monitor statuses and risks, predict progress, and implement performance and efficiency metrics
• Integrate quality gates and interact with QMS systems for QA compliance
• Translate product vision into specific delivery plans and incorporate user feedback
• Facilitate team focus and remove organizational or technical blockers

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, or Program Management in R&D, hardware, or product teams
• Understanding of PDLC/SDLC and key product lifecycle phases
• Practical experience driving delivery from Discovery and MVP stages to scaling readiness
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with hardware, software, and manufacturing experts
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and Lean management approaches
• Understanding of Quality Assurance, QMS, and quality gates principles
• Experience with performance metrics and working in international companies
• Cross-cultural communication skills and readiness for business travel

• Experience in military technology, defense, or RF product development
• Technical background in radio electronics or radar systems
• Experience building delivery processes or implementing performance forecasting systems
