Strong Middle full-stack developer (NextJS + NodeJs or Python)

Stubbs is a remote-first team delivering complex web and mobile solutions for startups and SMBs, specializing in fintech and web3 domains. We are seeking a strong Middle to Senior Full-Stack Developer with 4+ years of commercial experience in JavaScript-based technologies to join our collaborative, agile team.

• Deliver features end-to-end: frontend development with React/Next.js/TypeScript and backend development with Node.js
• Integrate third-party services such as payments and KYC systems
• Work with advanced database technologies including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Maintain code quality through testing and best practices
• Collaborate with the team through code reviews, planning, and delivery routines
• Work directly with client teams in a staff augmentation capacity

• Over 4 years of commercial experience in front-end development (React, NextJS, TypeScript)
• Over 2 years of commercial experience in back-end development (Node.js or Python)
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and involvement
• Plus: Experience with fintech or web3 projects, smart contract development (Solidity or Rust), mobile app development, AWS products, CI/CD, and containerization
