What you'll do

Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close; partner with hiring managers on business needs and candidate profiles; design targeted sourcing strategies; manage candidate pipelines and ensure positive candidate experience; conduct initial screenings and facilitate interview feedback; advise leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability; use data to inform hiring decisions; maintain ATS accuracy and improve TA processes.

Requirements

5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments; experience supporting Product, Engineering, and G&A functions; proven sourcing ability with traditional and advanced tools; strong data literacy and metrics-driven approach; excellent stakeholder management and influence skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; experience with Lever or similar ATS; collaborative mindset for global cross-functional teams.

Conditions
