UAC Lead (iGaming, Turkey)

We are seeking a UAC Lead to manage Google UAC campaigns for iGaming products focused on the Turkish market. This role involves launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while leading a team of media buyers and managing substantial budgets.

• Launch, optimize, and scale UAC campaigns for iGaming products
• Manage a team of media buyers including task setting, KPI monitoring, and team development
• Handle large budgets and efficiently scale campaigns
• Analyze performance, generate hypotheses, and test creatives and strategies
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming
• 1+ year of team management experience in iGaming
• Personal monthly budget of $80,000+
• Team monthly spend of $300,000+
• Deep understanding of UAC (Google Ads), optimization, analytics, and funnels
• Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
• Advantageous: Experience in a product company and Turkish market knowledge

Compensation: Competitive fixed salary up to $4,000 monthly with bonus structure based on results
