Shopify CRO Designer

Collab IT is seeking a Shopify CRO Designer to join their team on a part-time basis and design high-performing Shopify stores for DTC brands. You will collaborate with developers, CRO specialists, and project managers to create conversion-focused UX/UI for e-commerce projects.

• Design Shopify pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Create landing pages, product pages, and homepage layouts
• Work with premium Shopify themes and adapt sections for custom layouts
• Conduct UX research and improve user journeys
• Use AI tools to support design workflows
• Occasionally join client discussions when needed

• Experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce
• Understanding of CRO principles and user behavior
• Experience working with Shopify themes
• Ability to design conversion-focused layouts
• English B2+ for client communication
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role
• Nice to have: Experience with Shopify premium themes, CRO audits, AI image generation or graphics, ability to support branding tasks such as creating brand books, logos, and visual identity elements
