Project Manager

Guli Games is seeking a Project Manager to lead project coordination and team organization in game development. The role focuses on maintaining project timelines, managing backlogs, facilitating communication across departments, and supporting sprint execution.

• Manage tasks in issue trackers (Jira, Trello, YouTrack) and maintain backlog cleanliness
• Assist with sprint planning and monitor task completion
• Gather and clarify requirements from team and leadership
• Maintain communication between departments (art, development, game design, level design)
• Track key metrics: deadlines, task progress, and timely release schedules
• Prepare reports for C-level executives
• Organize and conduct Scrum events

• Proficient in Jira/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Understanding of game development team roles and key product/marketing metrics
• 1–2 years of experience as PM or coordinator in IT/game development, managing teams of 5–10 people
• Knowledge of PMBOK (project lifecycle: pre-project, execution, closure)
• Soft skills: communicativeness, attention to detail, multitasking ability, flexibility, and quick learning
• Plus: Understanding of SMART criteria
