Monitoring Analytics Specialist

Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider with 15+ years of experience in the payment industry. The company is seeking a Monitoring Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain analytical reports, create alerts for suspicious activities, and optimize monitoring systems.

• Development and maintenance of analytical reports for the monitoring team
• Creation and optimization of alerts to detect suspicious transactions and incidents
• Data visualization in dashboards for real-time monitoring
• Close collaboration with risk management and monitoring teams
• Analysis of the effectiveness of configured rules and their optimization

• Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically OpenSearch (Elasticsearch)
• Ability to build queries, filters, and aggregations in OpenSearch
• Understanding of alerting principles and monitoring rule configuration
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured approach to working with large datasets
• Experience with Power BI (building interactive reports and data visualizations)
• Experience with Redash (SQL queries and dashboard creation)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (building models for monitoring and antifraud)
