What you'll do

Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, outreach, and banker relationships. Build and maintain financial models (LBO, operating, valuation) to assess returns and risk. Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and industry trends to support investment decisions. Prepare investment materials including IC memos, presentations, and deal summaries. Support due diligence, deal execution, and transaction processes alongside senior team members.
