Visual Merchandising Associate, Rodeo Drive
Summary
CHANEL is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for its Rodeo Drive boutique to help maintain brand image and elevate the client experience in-store. The role supports visual merchandising guidelines, including window installs and the setup/use of fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins, to facilitate the selling process.
What you'll do
Support and maintain visual merchandising standards, including window installs and in-boutique displays (fixtures, selling tools, mannequins).
Expedite the selling process by quickly changing mannequins, replenishing items from the selling floor, and making display substitutions when product is needed for clients.
Serve as point of contact for visual merchandising needs when the VM Lead is on other projects, including weekends and corporate holidays.
Assist Operations with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches, including P-touch labeling of display items.
Update and maintain digital photo files used for VM maintenance as changes occur.
Keep window-item documentation current (e.g., SKU, price, size) for selling team reference.
Assist with implementation of events, seasonal installs, sale periods, and other business-driving initiatives in the boutique.
Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management; collaborate with boutique leadership and VM stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of and passion for client experience; interest in CHANEL brand heritage and products.
Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
Ability to work on a ladder; able to lift 30–40 lbs and move heavy items (including overhead lifting, pulling, pushing up to 25 lbs).
Conditions
Full-time, in-store and in-person presence required (Front of House Fashion).
Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Base pay described as hourly range $24.70–$28.50; bonus/variable pay, benefits, and perks may also be offered.
