REMOTE Clinical Trial Associate

Actalent is seeking a Remote Associate Clinical Research Specialist (Clinical Trial Associate) to support clinical evaluation research studies and clinical trial operations for a client organization. The role focuses on overseeing operational aspects of trials, ensuring compliance with SOP/GCP/regulations, and supporting study documentation and execution.

• Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies
• Prepare and author study protocols and patient record forms
• Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies for products addressing medical needs and/or commercial potential
• Interpret and support preparation of clinical investigation results for new drug/device or consumer applications
• Manage and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials with project teams in accordance with SOP, GCP, and country regulations
• Support preparation of clinical trial budgets as needed
• Support clinical supply operations and assist with site and vendor selection
• Build and maintain effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive local evidence dissemination and awareness and collect feedback from local customers/authorities when applicable

• 1+ year prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Associate (CTA)
• Veeva Vault experience
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and clinical documentation
• Ability to be flexible with job duties and willing to learn
• 4-year degree preferred

• Schedule: Must be open to supporting hours 8:00am–4:00pm PST
