UX/UI Designer (iGaming)

Jito.dev is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with motion design expertise to create engaging casino game experiences. The role focuses on developing high-quality animations and effects for immersive slot game mechanics while understanding player psychology and regulatory compliance.

• Create high-quality animations and effects for immersive player experience in casino games
• Design animations that enhance slot game mechanics and player engagement
• Adapt animations for desktop and mobile platforms with responsive design
• Implement animations that maintain excitement without overstimulation based on player psychology
• Integrate animations into HTML5 slot games and optimize performance
• Ensure animations meet iGaming regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain clear documentation

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with motion design focus
• Strong knowledge of animation principles including Disney's 12 Principles
• Experience with Spine 2D and DragonBones for game animation
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with particle effects and VFX for big-win moments
• Understanding of slot game mechanics and UI clarity
• Knowledge of HTML5 animation troubleshooting
