Senior Recruiter

MEGAVAST is an international IT company specializing in software development and innovative code development tools. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Kyiv team and drive full-cycle recruitment, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and identifying top talent.

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on candidate selection
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates competencies and potential
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house)
• Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level B1+ or higher
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset
