Vice President Operations

Established Search is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a growing regional network of dental practices. The role leads multi-site operational strategy and performance to support significant growth while maintaining high-quality patient care.

• Oversee operational performance across multiple dental practice locations within a broad geographic region.
• Partner closely with regional leaders and clinical leaders to align operations with clinical and business objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency across the network.
• Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance consistency and scalability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and sites.
• Mentor and develop senior leadership teams to strengthen execution and talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners, including oral surgeons and/or general dentists.
• Travel extensively within the designated region to support locations and leadership teams.

• Senior executive-level experience managing large, complex dental organizations in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong partnerships with oral surgeons and/or general dentists.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with demonstrated operational leadership.
• Demonstrated success streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring and developing senior teams and leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
