IT Support Engineer

This IT Support Engineer role provides internal IT support to employees, managing their workplace IT environment including devices, systems, access, and infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Solve employee IT problems and handle support requests while ensuring SLA compliance and escalating complex issues
  • Troubleshoot user operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS) and software for seamless operations
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle including hardware purchases and inventory tracking
  • Provide technical guidance to boost productivity and enable self-service
  • Maintain and improve internal IT documentation and knowledge base in Notion
  • Administer access to services such as Google Workspace, YouTrack, Git/GitLab, TeamCity, DNS, and LDAP
  • Onboard and offboard employees while provisioning hardware and software

Requirements

  • 2+ years of end-user (employee) IT support experience
  • Admin experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to diagnose PC issues, network problems, and local network faults
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ticket management systems such as FreshDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
  • Understanding of SLAs and ticket prioritization
  • IT asset inventory management experience with tools like Snipe-IT, GLPI, OCS, or Jira Assets
  • Admin experience with SaaS and self-hosted services
  • Preferred: Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), PowerShell/Bash scripting, automation mindset, passion for games
