What you'll do
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Conduct operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement operational plans.
- Oversee development and implementation of functional policies and procedures.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Streamline processes through optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure functional performance and monitor results.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Identify staff training and development needs and support capability building.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate strategies and initiatives.
- Resolve operational conflicts and issues and support decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and coordinate cross-team inputs for critical meetings.
- Conduct research and analysis on function-related topics for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven proactive approach with ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes representing C-suite leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Proficiency in IT software and tools.
Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
