Software .NET Developer with Frontend

MAF is a global adtech company building products for performance app marketing since 2012. We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our core team working on a high-load, event-driven platform where you'll be involved in development, architecture decisions, and system scaling.

• Build and improve backend services and APIs using .NET
• Develop scalable features for high-load systems
• Work with event-driven architecture and data pipelines
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams
• Take features from idea to production
• Improve performance, reliability, and system scalability
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews

• 3+ years of commercial experience
• Strong skills in C# / Java or similar languages
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code
• English B2+ proficiency
• Bonus: adtech/performance marketing experience, frontend experience (React/Angular/Vue), microservices and event-driven systems, CI/CD and testing practices, interest in AI/LLM systems
